His key area of focus is on Media and Communication, advocacy, grant writing, and project management. Additionally, he has been involve in strategy approach to mobilize support from the legislative, public, private sectors and contributed to advocacy briefs by analyzing public performance and policy. Furthermore, he has facilitated strategy sessions to establish interventions objectives and goals. He is also very prolific in planning perimeters to measure activity outcomes in alignment with project goals and objectives.

Tony Inyang is a confident and enthusiastic Mechanical Engineering graduate with Information Technology and Administrative professional experience. He is competent in this fields, energetic and strong communicator who have the ability to adapt to change that best suit the audience and ability to accept flexible decision. He is also effectively determining the prosperity of mind and development of young persons in Nigeria and the world at large.

Imaobong Emem Edem is a passionate and painstaking social development worker. She is an enthusiastic, passionate and self-motivated young lady full of energy with good interpersonal and analytic skills. She is also an excellent team player, driven with passion for development, adaptable to every challenging situation. She is an alumnus of the renowned University of Calabar, Calabar. She is bias in youth and leadership development, good governance, transparency, accountability, women inclusion and gender-based violence and so passionate towards community development.

He has over a decade been involve in various capacity building programs both within and outside Sub-Saharan Africa, on areas of youth development,  advocacy, social security, human capital development, and He offers  depth of experience necessary to successfully collaborate, influence, develop, and support youth policy development; build community relations; assess and understand the challenges faced by young Nigerians particularly in the Sub-Saharan Africa, with specific strength in evaluating /revising policy and procedures for productivity. Lastly, he is a practicing Librarian duly certified by The Librarians Registration Council of Nigeria (LRCN) and currently pursuing his post Graduates Program in Library and Information Science from the prestigious University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.

Harrison Udim is a Youth Development advocate, an entrepreneur and a seasoned Public Speaker, his experience spans through various youth development policy advocacy, entrepreneurial skill development, poverty alleviation, child rights advocacy, quality education, and government policy.

An alumnus of the prestigious University of Uyo he is extremely passionate about youth development with special interest for Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) advocacy.

Harrison is an Electrical/Electronic Engr., Data Scientist/Analyst with special skills in Project Planning/Management, Documentation and Research. He currently serves as a Media and Communication Director for Youth for Change and Social Development Foundation.

Joy is a seasoned expert in gender equality and social inclusion, boasting over nine years of experience in leadership and management roles. Her impressive track record showcases consistent value creation across various domains, including youth development, governance, policy formulation, advocacy, women’s empowerment, mental health advocacy, and disability rights. Recognized as a young inclusion and youth advocate, Joy has honed her skills through training programs at esteemed institutions like the Commonwealth Disability People Forum, J.W. Fanning Institute for Leadership Development, and the University of Georgia. She has effectively applied these skills in diverse national and international organizations, driving positive change through her leadership and volunteer roles.
