Humble Udoema, is a young vibrant leader, teacher and a manager with an extra-ordinary capacity to co-ordinate both human and materials resources for the purpose of attaining a set goal and objectives. His kind of leadership is result oriented. He has worked on various projects such as the USAID-SACE project in the South South region of Nigeria. His key area of focus is on Media and Communication, advocacy, grant writing, and project management. Additionally, he has been involve in strategy approach to mobilize support from the legislative, public, private sectors and contributed to advocacy briefs by analyzing public performance and policy. Furthermore, he has facilitated strategy sessions to establish interventions objectives and goals. He is also very prolific in planning perimeters to measure activity outcomes in alignment with project goals and objectives.
