Ezekiel Okon CLN, is a young vibrant leader, teacher and a manager with an extra-ordinary capacity to co-ordinate both human and materials resources for the purpose of attaining a set goal and objectives. His kind of leadership is result oriented. He has worked on various projects such as the USAID-SACE project in the South South region of Nigeria. His key area of focus is on Media and Communication, advocacy, grant writing, and project management. Additionally, he has been involve in strategy approach to mobilize support from the legislative, public, private sectors and contributed to advocacy briefs by analyzing public performance and policy. Furthermore, he has facilitated strategy sessions to establish interventions objectives and goals. He is also very prolific in planning perimeters to measure activity outcomes in alignment with project goals and objectives.
He has over a decade been involve in various capacity building programs both within and outside Sub-Saharan Africa, on areas of youth development, advocacy, social security, human capital development, and He offers depth of experience necessary to successfully collaborate, influence, develop, and support youth policy development; build community relations; assess and understand the challenges faced by young Nigerians particularly in the Sub-Saharan Africa, with specific strength in evaluating /revising policy and procedures for productivity. Lastly, he is a practicing Librarian duly certified by The Librarians Registration Council of Nigeria (LRCN) and currently pursuing his post Graduates Program in Library and Information Science from the prestigious University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.
