Olubiyi A. Kushimo is a dynamic young Architectural technologist and construction projects manager with a passion for space management designs, building construction and real estate development. He is the CEO of Spartial Solution Nigeria, a graduate of Architecture from the University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. He developed his knowledge and skills in the area of design management and building construction while working as a part of various team in local and multinational construction companies before he left for a master degree in the UK. He obtained a MSc in Construction Project Management from the Robert Gordon University Scotland. He worked for a few years on contracts with various UK based construction companies and became an associate member of Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists there.

Desperate about making an impact in his home country Nigeria, he returned to start his own design and build construction company, Spartial Solutions. Through the company, Biyi partnered with some developing estates and property investors to design and build many compact comfortable family houses and helping to use design methods to solve problems as regards costs unfavorable terrain and space constriants. He is an advocate for proper construction skills training and practitioner for continuous professional development of youth.
